The 21st Century Community Learning Centers After School Program is a grant funded program serviced through the cooperative effort of Hampton City Schools, Hampton Parks & Recreation and In-SYNC.
21st CCLC Mission
To work diligently providing the education, experiences and support that encourages academic excellence and productive citizenship of our children within our community.
21st CCLC Goals

Provide quality academic and social enrichment through active learning during out of school time, and to serve the whole child through family and community support.

Every day after school the children we serve enter a rich learning environment lead by our unique team of Recreation Staff, Teacher Liaisons, Tutors and program partners.
